A Bundt pan is perfect for baking this cake, but any pan will work fine. Coat the pan with butter or coconut oil and lightly dust with flour - shake off excess. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven. Cool before removing from pan. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and serve. Almond Cake (Mandelkake) will freeze well, so you can prepare well in advance for your event.
