Lemon Butter Sauce

A zesty sauce with parsley and capers.

Discover this lip smacking Lemon Butter Sauce to enhance the flavors of your grilled chicken. This easy recipe is a favorite at our house and might win the taste buds of your family as well.

It's "perfect-licious" for artichokes leaf dipping and even though broccoli is delicious by itself, it adds a "wow" to this nutritious vegetable.

It will add zing to baked salmon - fish will never be the same with this companion.

Ingredients:
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon capers
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper

Preparation:
Purée garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in blender until smooth.

Add melted butter and blend. Pour mixture into sauce pan, add capers and parsley.Heat and serve.

For convenience, make it ahead and keep in the refrigerator.
