A Bundt pan is perfect for this cake, but any pan will work fine. First coat pan with butter or Crisco and lightly dust with flour - shake off excess. Pour batter into pan and bake in preheated oven 350° F. for 40-45 minutes. Cool before removing from pan. Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar and serve. This delightful home made dessert will freeze well, so you can prepare well in advance for your event.
