Salmon Salad


Salmon Salad is a delicious and refreshing way to include more healthy Omega 3 Fatty acid in your diet.

Every day we are hearing about how important it is for us to eat healthy.

Here is a quick an easy way to treat yourself to not only a healthy but a tasty salad.

Ingredients:
1 cup flaked, drained canned salmon or
use poached or baked salmon
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoon chopped green pepper
2 tablespoon chopped red pepper
1 tablespoon sweet chopped pickles
2 hard boiled eggs - sliced
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
capers
Sea salt and freshly ground peppers to taste.

Directions:
Mix mayonnaise and vegetables. Then fold in flaked salmon. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs, tomato wedges and capers. Enjoy!
